Our Travel and Luxury Goods specialist is Lucy Fox.  A PR and travel industry leader, Lucy has represented some of the biggest luxury hotel brands including D-Resort Göcek, D – Hotel Maris, The Es Saadi and the Capri Palace Hotel and launched the Park Hyatt Paris, Milan, Moscow and Washington.  Alongside organising bespoke packages for discerning travellers, Lucy’s experience in the luxury market extends to successful campaigns for Gaucho Restaurant at 02, Jack O’Shea Master Butcher, Pulbrook & Gould florists, Ladies Day at Epsom and Prometheus Bound Books.  She is also a Patron of The Royal College of Music, a Friend of The Unicorn Theatre for children and has a little black book like no other.

Chloe just can’t keep away from PR First, and that’s a good thing! Having taken time out to bring up two energetic boys, Chloe has returned to her desk in Camden with more oomph than ever. Not only that, but she brings with her 11 years of outstanding experience – designing and delivering campaigns for a broad range of clients across the interiors world. Chloe has always been a home maker, but with a house now full of children, Chloe is looking forward to applying her passion for interiors to her clients’ needs.

After two years delivering local, national and international PR for a national charity, Christina has returned to her first love, Interiors PR. A key member of the John Lewis Communications team for over 10 years, she has a relentless enthusiasm and passion for product and is an excellent ambassador for her clients. Christina has a particularly extensive knowledge of the kitchen and bathroom sector, where she has managed technology, large and small electricals; as an accomplished event planner, she led on the UK launches of 3D televisions and curved TV screens.

Following a three year PR, Advertising and Marketing degree, Simon has worked for a number of luxury interior brands over the last 12 years, including Liberty London, Astier de Villatte, Rory Dobner, Galapagos Designs and Luke Edward Hall to name a few. With agency, in-house and experience as a PR consultant under his belt his little black book is priceless.

Simon's ethos is “Timing is everything.” Whether it be the timing of a press release, the time it takes to respond to an email or knowing when and what the next big thing will be, his intuitive instinct helps to create successful PR strategies which feeds the ever-changing media agenda.

Simon is also a Freelance Writer for the London Evening Standard, reviewing events, restaurants, bars and things to do in and around the UK.

After working agency side in Manchester across a variety of sectors, Lucy joined John Lewis across interiors, technology and toys. Lucy joined PR First in 2015 bringing invaluable campaign and event experience with her.

Helen Dickinson

Helen Dickinson was Head of Communications at John Lewis for 13 years, playing a key role in the Partnership’s outstandingly successful business strategy. Prior to this, she spent five years transforming the profile of its sister brand, Waitrose. As Communications Director, Helen’s role encompassed all aspects of the business from corporate, financial and crisis management to consumer affairs and media relations. Helen has been recognised as the architect of what is now considered as one of the most successful internal press offices in the UK. She now heads up her own agency, HD Media Consultants, specialising in reputation and crisis management, PR consultancy and print and broadcast media coaching. Helen is also a project director for broadcast documentary opportunities and a consultant on communication team structures.
